Customer FAQ

Ordering & quotes
How do I place an order?

Order online, send a quick order by SKU, or call your rep. For chemicals by the drum or tote, a rep confirms stock and schedules the order — usually within the hour during business hours.

How does pricing work?

Industrial pricing is quote-driven — it depends on volume, container size, and freight. You'll get a confirmed number for your order rather than a shelf price.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums vary by product and container size. Your rep will flag any minimum when confirming your order.

Shipping & will-call
When will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed during business hours ship the same day. Drums and totes are scheduled with your rep.

Can I pick up at the depot?

Yes — will-call pickup is available at 15631 Graham Street, Unit E, Huntington Beach. Schedule the pickup window with your rep so the order is staged when you arrive.

Do you deliver locally?

We run delivery across Southern California. Your rep sets the delivery window when the order is confirmed.

B2B accounts & terms
How do I open a B2B account?

Request an account from the contact page and a rep walks you through it. Accounts unlock tiered pricing, saved SKUs, and net terms once approved.

What payment terms do you offer?

Approved accounts can carry net terms — commonly Net 30, 45, or 60 depending on order history and profile. A rep confirms your terms during setup.

SDS & compliance docs
Where do I find a safety data sheet?

Current SDS and spec sheets live in the resources library, searchable by product or SKU. If a document isn't posted yet, your rep can send it the same day.

Do your products carry EPA, NSF, or FDA documentation?

Many do. EPA registration, NSF certification, and food-contact compliance are noted on a product's documentation where they apply. Ask your rep if you need a specific certificate for an audit.

Returns
What is your return policy?

Unopened, resalable items can usually be returned; for safety reasons, opened chemicals and hazardous materials generally can't be. Contact your rep to start a return.

Can't find your answer?

A rep can walk you through products, documents, or account setup. Call during business hours or send a message and we'll follow up.
